Mr. Albair is an active trial attorney who has the highest ethical and legal ability rating as given by the prestigious Martindale-Hubbell Co. and has been recognized as one of their "pre-eminent" attorneys on a select list of the highest rated attorneys in the country. He is also a sustaining member of the National Association for Justice.

Robert J. Albair, P.C. has over thirty-three years experience with a staff that includes legal assistants, investigators and a registered nurse. The firm provides aggressive consumer representation in personal injury cases that focus primarily on medical negligence, automobile and truck collisions and premises liability. The staff is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.

The firm prides itself in bringing both personal and dynamic attention to each every case. Robert J. Albair, P.C. is very much a "St. Louis local small business", as he has dedicated his career to the same old fashioned, hard working business ethics with which he started the firm in 1983.

Bob was born and raised in St. Louis and graduated from Chaminade High School where he lettered for four years in baseball, football and basketball.  Bob was captain of the football team and was named first team all-district in basketball for scoring a school record 22.5 points per game, a record which lasted for over thirty years.  Bob was also named as the Chaminade High School Scholar Athlete for 1969.  He attended the University of Missouri Columbia for his undergraduate work, and obtained his Law Degree from the UMKC School of Law in Kansas City.  Bob has been married to his wife Sue for 38 years and the couple has two married daughters who both live in the St. Louis area.

Robert J. Albair was recognized by St. Louis magazine as one of the "Best Lawyers" in St. Louis, Missouri-February, 2006 issue.
